Hours Monday-Friday 9am to 6pm (1hour lunch)
Job Duties
i. Perform patient evaluations and formulates treatment plan
based on findings.
ii. Perform appropriate patient care treatment techniques
including exercise techniques, modalities, patient and family
education.
iii. Maintain all adequate documentation in timely manner
including notes, Medicare certification, gym sheets and
charges.
iv. Communicate with patients and patients’ families for
instruction in HEP.
v. Communicate with physicians, caseworkers, insurance
companies, and attorneys.
vi. Attend formal continuing education conferences to ensure
growth of skills.
vii. Supervise appropriate personnel including therapy
assistants, technicians and ancillary staff.
