Elon music faculty members perform at Arts Club of Washington D.C.

Three Elon University Music Department faculty members performed at the historic James Monroe House in Washington, D.C. on Jan. 31,2020.

Senior Lecturer Polly Butler Cornelius (voice), Adjunct Instructor Linda Cykert (flute), and Associate Professor and Chair Hallie Coppedge Hogan (voice) from the Elon University Department of Music plus pianist Charles Hogan performed the inaugural evening concert at the historic James Monroe House in Washington, D.C. (Arts Club of Washington D.C.) on Jan. 31,2020.

The club has promoted the arts for more than 100 years and was the first art club in the city.
