The Center for Public Affairs and students from Dr. Betty Morgan’s public administration classes support the N.C. Zoo by participating in Boo-At-The-Zoo and Nightmare on Purgatory Mountain, a haunted tram ride through the zoo, each October. This Halloween marks the seventh year of this partnership.
