On Nov. 5, a panel of Elon Political Science and Policy Studies faculty joined in on a virtual discussion about the outcome of the 2020 presidential election.
Following an Election Day that initially left voters with more questions than answers, a panel of Elon faculty from the Department of Political Science and Policy Studies tried to make sense of all the developments in a virtual discussion on Nov. 5.
Eight faculty members joined in the “After the Vote: Political Science Panel Discussion,” hosted live on Zoom. The panel had a conversation about Election Day results, record turnout across the country, and what comes next.
The Nov. 5 panel included:
- Carrie Eaves, associate professor of political science and policy studies
- Kaye Usry, assistant professor of political science and policy studies and assistant director of the Elon University Poll
- Aaron Sparks, assistant professor of political science and policy studies
- Jessica Carew, assistant professor of political science and policy studies
- Elisha Savchak-Trogdon, assistant professor of political science and policy studies
- Dillan Bono-Lunn, assistant professor of political science and policy studies
- Luis Toledo, adjunct instructor in political science and policy studies
- Thomas Kerr, instructor in political science and policy studies
