Following a reception where many guests renewed friendships, program presenters included Rev. Marvin Morgan ’71; faculty member Barth Strempek; senior Donnie Wickline; Elon President Leo M. Lambert and Parents Council member Roger Wise P’02.
A video celebrating the completion of the Elon Vision was shown, followed by remarks from President Lambert about Elon’s consistent, continuing community spirit. Dr. Lambert also discussed key points of the NewCentury@Elon strategic plan, which outlines Elon’s future growth.
Gary Whitmer, whose daughter, Cresta, is a 1999 Elon graduate, was the lucky winner of an Elon house flag.
