The Elon Center for Public Affairs is once again helping the North Carolina Zoo in Asheboro stage “Boo at the Zoo,” Saturday, Oct. 26 and Sunday, Oct. 27. Faculty, staff and students are invited to volunteer or attend the event, which provides a fun-filled alternative to trick-or-treating for children. Games, contests and costume parades are just some of the fun activities scheduled this year.
