Real Food on Campus debuts at Harden

Real Food on Campus, a new concept developed by Aramark to meet the changing dining needs of students, faculty, and staff on college campuses, has now come to Harden Dining Hall with the start of spring semester. RFoC refreshes the traditional all-you-can-eat dining program with new menu solutions and attractive merchandising in a fun new environment.

Stop by Harden Dining Hall and you will find more made-to-order menu options. You can watch as your food is prepared, allowing you to get exactly what you want, the way that you want it. The new menu offers more variety and a larger selection of vegetarian/vegan entrees. Some of the new options include creating your own stir fry at the salad bar, fresh baked breads and soups made daily, rotisserie chicken, turkey, ribs, hot deli sandwiches, Belgian waffles served throughout the day, and an array of delicious desserts.

The brand name Real Food on Campus (RfoC) was determined by student focus groups across the country. It is a direct, tell-it-like-it-is brand name with a clear message—dining halls can serve real food with fresh, healthy, and diverse options, as opposed to fast food. RFoC eliminates mystery foods previously prepared in the back and brought out to the serving lines. Now, it is real food—made especially for you.

Good Food + Great Service + Attractive Merchandising + Fun Menu = RFoC
