Decreasing Costs By Increasing Efficiencies

With the changes taking place with the NC State budget, more nonprofits will need to look at their internal processes and procedures in order to decrease costs. The course will focus on methods to decrease costs by evaluating current operation processes and procedures. Participants will learn how to visualize their current processes through flow-charting methods and determine, based upon those diagrams, how best to cut expenses.
