Waffles are a BIG hit!
Students are raving about waffles! With the start of spring semester and the implementation of the new concept, Real Food on Campus (RFoC), Harden now offers self-serve waffles breakfast, lunch and dinner! Top them any way you want; with choices such as strawberries, blueberries, peaches, syrup, whipped cream and butter, it’s a big hit!
The waffles also bring school spirit into the dining halls-every waffle is imprinted with the word “ELON,” surprising many first time waffle eaters! Be on the lookout-McEwen dining hall and the Acorn Coffee Shop will soon be getting the new waffle program.
