Alumni Awards will go to: Jo Craven '85, Steve Messinetti '94, Cade Covington '41 and Hank Dorris '57.
The annual Alumni Association Awards brunch will be held Oct. 30 during Homecoming Reunion Weekend. The event recognizes alumni for their outstanding accomplishments and for bringing honor to their alma mater. Alumni who will be recognized this year are:
Distinguished Alumna of the Year: Jo Craven ’85, a Pulitzer Prize winner in journalism.
Young Alumnus of the Year:
Steve Messinetti ’94, who works with Habitat for Humanity and is a bone marrow donor.
Alumni Service Award:
Cade Covington ’41, a physician and community activist.
Distingusihed Service Award:
Hank Dorris ’57, for loyality and support of the college.
