Elon College has been named one of the top 100 character-developing colleges and universities in the nation.
The distinction can be found in “The Templeton Guide: Colleges that Encourage Character Development,” a guidebook that was released Friday, Oct. 22.
In addition, Elon’s volunteer service program and the “Transition Tactics” senior year program by Career Services were singled out as outstanding in their categories.
