On Nov. 1, the Elon women's cross-country team will work to extend their run of five straight league titles and the men seek to build momentum from its Phoenix Invitational win.
Elon University is prepared to host the 2024 CAA Cross Country Championships on Friday, Nov. 1 at the Elon Cross Country Course.
The meet begins with the men’s 8K race at 10 a.m. followed by the women’s 6K run at 11 a.m. The awards ceremony will take place at noon.
The women will work to extend their run of five straight league titles. Last season, the Phoenix became the first team in the CAA to win five straight CAA titles since William & Mary did so from 2012-18.
In the men’s competition, Elon will look to build momentum from its win at the Phoenix Invitational going into the league championships this weekend. Last season, the Phoenix men were 6th overall at the CAA meet.
