Anthony Hatcher, associate professor of communications, attended a seminar for journalism educators at the Poynter Institute in St. Petersburg, Fla., Feb. 7-11. Hatcher was selected to attend a workshop called Teaching Multimedia Journalism. The workshop covered video and audio editing software, as well as media ethics.
