Elon's Isabella Cannon Professor of Leadership teaches MBA students theories and practices related to leadership development

The research examined the impact of leadership programming and experiential learning activities on students' reslience and leadership efficacy.

The presentation highlighted the spring 2018 course that was designed to explore culture not only at the national level, but also at the team and individual person levels.

The professor discusses research he and Honors Fellow have done in designing a system to help prepare students for success in their first post-graduate jobs.

Two separate papers by Elon faculty were recently published in a special issue of Leadership Quarterly (volume 24, issue 3), one of the premier academic journals for leadership research. The issue’s theme was leadership integrity.
