Alamance County Libraries Holiday Magic Event in Need of Volunteers on Dec. 9 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Alamance County Libraries will be hosting Eastlawn Literacy Night  at the Front St. Methodist Church on Dec. 13 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. and is in need of 10-15 volunteers.

The City of Burlington Water Resources Department will be hosting a clean up at Little Alamance Creek on Saturday, Nov. 5 from 8 a.m. - noon.

Front Street UMC is seeking volunteers for Touch a Truck Event on Saturday, Oct. 29 from 10 a.m. - 1 p.m.  

The Salvation Army Boys & Girls Club is seeking help with their annual steak and burger dinner on Oct. 18 from 4 - 8 p.m.

Elon Community Church Backpack Program seeking volunteers to help with their Cooks for Kids Gala on Oct. 15 from 4 - 9 p.m. 

Little Pink Houses of Hope is seeking volunteers to help with their annual fundraiser, Dancing with the Stars, on Oct. 8. 

"Music in the Village" is seeking student musician volunteers to provide musical instruction to public school students enrolled in the "It Takes a Village Project."
