Career Services introduces “Elon Employer Partners”

Career Services this week is introducing “Elon Employer Partners,” a new program to build more awareness of top companies seeking Elon job candidates. Featured partners include four Fortune 500 companies: EMC Corporation, Credit Suisse, Lowe’s Companies, and E. & J. Gallo Winery, as well as regional organizations such as Curtis Media Group, many of whom are participating in Elon’s upcoming Fall Career Kick-Off.

Young alumni debunk myth in baseball study

Research by two Elon University alumni, whose work in a general studies seminar last spring led to a presentation for the Society for American Baseball Research, shows otherwise, with what they hope is potential for changing the way Major League Baseball teams structure future contracts.

Professor awarded Fulbright for consulting visit to Asia

BioBus downtown loop resumes for fall semester

The Downtown/East Burlington Biobus Express Route, an hour long loop from the Moseley Center that takes riders to several Alamance County community agencies within walking distance of its stops, returned to campus Tuesday afternoon for students who need weekday transportation for volunteer work in Burlington.
