Elon University is gaining momentum in a nationwide recycling contest involving hundreds of colleges and universities. Elon is currently ranked No. 85 out of 171 entries for overall weight volume in RecycleMania 2008, which is now entering its fourth week of competition.

Elizabeth Dole is handling her job and are satisfied with her representation of North Carolina, according to the latest Elon University Poll, but state residents give low performance marks to President George W.
