Schar Center 'rocks' for Homecoming block party

The annual "Rock the Block" Homecoming celebration drew hundreds of alumni, students, faculty and staff for music, games, food and fun. The crowd cheered the announcement that $6.1 million was given by alumni this year as part of their reunions.
Elon dedicates Richard W. Sankey Hall

The building dedication during Homecoming offered the opportunity to express gratitude for supporters of the project including Elon parents Jim and Beth Sankey of Charlotte, N.C. The building is named for Jim Sankey's father, a business leader in Canton, Ohio, who passed away in 2013.
