Lauren Shores Shillinger ’02 began her advocacy work to ensure her daughter’s health and safety. Now that journey is helping protect more than 8,000 students in Maryland diagnosed with epilepsy.

This is the second consecutive year Elon has been ranked as one of the most prolific colleges in the nation in producing Broadway performers.

Following an all-star caliber season with the Burlington Sock Puppets, the sport management major was recently recognized for his contributions to the community during the 2023 season.

Six accomplished graduates of Elon University have joined a group of prominent attorneys and business leaders who counsel the School of Law on opportunities for growing its academic programs and national reputation.

The Assistant Professor of Political Science and Policy Studies, along with 2023 graduates, Sara Arora and Nicole Cason, recently published a peer-reviewed article describing a form of lobbying they call, “show and tell advocacy.”

Diagnosed with Friedreich's Ataxia, a rare degenerative disease, Avery serves as an ambassador for others with the illness while also pursuing her passions through nonprofit work with the NFL Foundation.
