Elon University's U.S. Air Force and U.S. Army ROTC programs aren't always understood on campus.That's changing as the university ramps up recruitment, recognition and support for programs that shape service-minded leaders.

Students in HSS 349: Violence in Families classes take knowledge to area high schools, empower students to end cycles of abuse.

During Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Week, Elon Dining and Campus Kitchen are collaborating to help fight food insecurity in Alamance County. Donate five canned goods at Lakeside Dining Hall and receive a free meal. In addition, the Faces of Homelessness Panel will be Monday, Nov. 11.

On Tuesday, November 12 from 3:30-5:30 pm in McKinnon Hall representatives from non-profit organizations, rooted in domestic and international causes, will discuss internships, fellowships, post-graduate, and full-time employment opportunities with Elon students who are passionate about building careers making a difference in the world. 

Students in PWR 297: Writing as Inquiry, along with Smitty's Ice Cream, are putting a new spin on a Southern favorite in the name of research.

Through Elon Volunteers!, Emma Greenberg '20 has been a leader on Elon's campus. She has turned her sixth-grade passion into action, through her involvement with both Elon Buddies and Special Olympics.

The annual State of the Triad panel discussion organized by the regional economic development group was held at the Joint School of Nanoscience and Nanoengineering in Greensboro.

Elon students, in collaboration with Elon Volunteers! and the American Red Cross, hosted the Fall Blood Drive on Tuesday, Oct. 29, to collect donations for neighbors in need.
