Join the entire Elon community for a university tradition and celebration of light that kicks off the winter holiday season.

Close to 200 community members celebrated the Hindu Festival of Lights on Nov. 9.

The work will require a portion of East Haggard Avenue through Elon’s campus to be closed to vehicular traffic on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. from Nov. 15 through Dec. 6. 

The Elon in LA Program and the Women of the Elon Entertainment Empire (WEEE) partner together to host a speed-networking event for alumni and students in Los Angeles.

Offices and programs across campus and the School of Law host writing-themed events on October 19 and 20.

The celebration was held in Alumni Gym on Wednesday, November 8, and offered a place for first-generation students to mingle, reflect and enjoy themselves.

Faculty, staff and students in the Department of Music, Department of Public Health and Counseling Services will present “Raising Awareness” Tues., Nov. 14, at 7:30 p.m. in McCrary Theatre.

Scientific discovery games could be the stepping stone to creating medical breakthroughs, according to Cooper, an associate professor of computer science at Northeastern University.  

Greek Week at Elon is a community-building event that brings together all chapters IFC, Panhellenic, NPHC and MSG organizations through multiple different events and service opportunities.

The Klickly CEO and founder delivered the 2023 C. Ashton Newhall Lecture on Nov. 7 in the LaRose Digital Theatre at the Ernest A. Koury Sr. Business Center.
