Lavender Graduation is a ceremony held by Elon's LGBTQ Coordinator to congratulate and celebrate LGBTQIA undergraduate seniors and graduate students who graduated in December 2012 or will graduate in May 2013.

The Women of Color Institute is an empowering and interactive event catered specifically for women of color. It is designed to address and uplift women of color by providing tool to navigate issues related to being a woman of color in corporate and entrepreneurial environments, relationships, health, self-discovery, and education.
