Clyde Ellis publishes recent powwow research on NC tribes that examines the relationship of powwow singing and contemporary Native identity.

A reception from 4:30-6 p.m. will showcase services and opportunities for students, faculty and staff to improve writing as part of the university's Writing Excellence Initiative. Ice cream and fruit will be served.

Kevin Boyle had poems published in The Hollins Critic, Fourth River, and Briar Cliff Review.
