Lynn R. Huber, associate professor of religious studies, has recently published an annotated bibliographic essay on biblical traditions about Satan.

Geoffrey Claussen, Assistant Professor of Religious Studies, was interviewed for the inaugural episode of the podcast "Come and Listen: Jewish Food for Thought" on the subject of "Love and Death." He discussed the Jewish philosopher Franz Rosenzweig's understanding of the biblical teaching that "love is as strong as death" (Song of Songs 8:6).

English Professor Rosemary Haskell presented "Spy Fiction on Television: Spooks / MI5 and the Queer Carnival of British Culture" at the 2012 Conference of the National Popular Culture & American Culture Association. The conference was held in Boston, Mass., on April 11-14, 2012.
