Carolyn Finney, author of "Black Faces, White Spaces," will virtually address the Elon community on April 22 at 6 pm.

The Professional Development Collaborative launched the Better Together Workshop Series this fall to help community members in Alamance County gain skills designed to address the collective challenges 2020 brought. 

With the fifth anniversary of the Paris Agreement nearing, Elon University recently signed on to a multi-sector statement urging federal policymakers to launch a national mobilization on climate action.

Elon University has been included in the 2020 Sustainable Campus Index, which highlights Elon’s adoption of the ABC Framework and data accuracy.

Running strong in its 13th year, the program will aid yet another diverse group of faculty in integrating sustainability into new and existing courses across campus.

Elon was selected from a group of 695 colleges and universities for the guide for the 11th straight year.

The Office of Sustainability will host numerous virtual and in-person events throughout the week to bring awareness to and inspire sustainable behavior change throughout campus.

Katharine Wilkinson, a climate author, strategist, teacher, and vice president at Project Drawdown, will discuss 'Vital Questions for a Living Planet' on Oct. 20 at 7:30 p.m.

Morgan Collins ’20, with the guidance of Professor of Strategic Communications Barbara Miller Gaither, is conducting Lumen Prize research about outdoor retailer Patagonia, Inc., and its efforts to engage in environmental issues and policies.
