The university saw a record number of Early Action applications from students around the globe this year, and extended admissions invitations to top applicants on Dec. 17.

The 2020 ranking places Elon #99 among four-year colleges and universities, based on aggregate scores of student reviews and the leading college ranking publications.

Through Oct. 30, N.C. students can apply for free to Elon along with more than 40 other colleges and the universities in the state.

The special fundraising effort to increase scholarship support has helped nearly 100 students whose families were impacted by COVID-19.

Elon earns high scores for student engagement and student interactions with faculty and staff.

The annual college guide features more than 300 of the nation's "best and most interesting" universities.
