The Elon University junior and executive director of Elon News Network has joined student journalists from across the country to participate in a national reporting project focused on policing and justice.

While the world began to shut down in 2020, Elon graduates Joey Gizzi ’18 and Steven Lannum ’18 found an opportunity to bring a little joy to people’s lives. Their page, AreYouKiddingTV, has over 3 million followers on Tik Tok and is gaining popularity by the day.

Alumni can attend an Elon Day party on Tuesday, March 1 in 39 different cities across the country and in London.

Chief Justice Paul Newby has announced that Grant Buckner L’13 will oversee the processing of cases, represent the Supreme Court within the state’s judicial branch, and manage employees who support its efficient operations and archiving of records, among other duties.

Olivia Wamelink '18 used her entrepreneurial skills developed at Elon to trade her corporate job for her own business, B. Well Babies, which creates sustainable baby products with a portion of the company's proceeds going toward Foster Village Charlotte.

Worsley has combined his passion for entrepreneurship and software engineering to launch Wreckingball Systems LLC. The construction safety platform has been awarded an NC IDEA grant and has streamlined the safety orientation process on worksites.
