The journalism major was selected to attend the National Association of Hispanic Journalists conference in Miami from July 18-21 and work alongside professionals covering the convention.

This info session will take place at the SPDC in Moseley 140 from 4:15-5:15 p.m.

This event will take place in Lakeside Plaza on April 20 from 1:30-3:30

Ford will join Elon after serving as a senior administrator and faculty member at Syracuse University and Howard University.

Twelve board members and guests visited Elon on April 6 to learn about the priorities of the School of Communications, share their professional insights with students and faculty, and celebrate the tenure of Communications Dean Paul Parsons.

Elon University, a Campus Consortium partner of the Pulitzer Center on Crisis Reporting, hosted an April 5 community lecture featuring veteran reporters Rachel Oswald, Reza Sayah and Tom Hundley.

The film, “The Nature of Consciousness,” was an official selection of the Women’s Independent Film Festival in Los Angeles and earned the top award in the experimental category.
