Cultural Programs

Members of the Class of 2020 are invited back to campus Sept. 3-5 for an array of events to celebrate their accomplishments. Registration closes Friday, July 30.

The university is hosting two concerts this summer for the university community, with the John Brown Jazz Trio taking the stage at 3 p.m. on June 17 and The Castaways performing at 3 p.m. on July 22.

Members of the class and their guests will return to campus Sept. 3-5 for a variety of events culminating in the commencement ceremony in Schar Center.

The production is directed by Assistant Professor Kim Shively and will be available at www.elonperformingarts.com on Friday, April 16, at 7:30 p.m.

Jimmy Wales, founder of the free online encyclopedia Wikipedia, spoke to the Elon community about embracing failure and being resilient during the 2021 Baird Lecture.

The performance will be available at www.elonperformingarts.com at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, April 9.

The Baird Lecture is just one of the many cultural events planned by Elon for students, faculty, staff and the community this spring. Full details are available on the university’s Spring Cultural Calendar.

The performance will be streamed at www.elonperformingarts.com at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, March 12, and Saturday, March 13. Friday's performance will be preceded by a conversation with the concert choreographers at 6:30 p.m.

The performance will be available on-demand through March 17.
