The university will be collecting relief items at Saturday's home football game in Rhodes Stadium and volleyball match in Schar Center.

Night of the Phoenix has grown each year and this year was no exception, raising a record $521,923.

Elon President Connie Ledoux Book presented the medallion to three longtime leaders at the university in academics, athletics and community engagement during an event marking the start of a new academic year. The university also recognized three named professorships during the event.

An industry leader, Ticketmaster will provide event ticketing products and services for Elon Athletics, Cultural Programs and Events, and other campus partners.

Elon is one of only four CAA schools with multiple winners of the award.

All 17 sports at Elon have multi-year APR rates of 980 or above. The APR is a real-time measure of eligibility, retention and graduation of student-athletes competing on every NCAA Division I athletics team.

Elon University recognizes the 10 staff members who are retiring after years of dedicated service to the campus community.
