Presented on campus as part of Supporting Survivors Week, the 2017 documentary features Recy Taylor, a 24-year-old black mother and sharecropper living in Alabama, who was abducted and raped by six white boys in 1944.

While attending the 2018 Full Frame Documentary Film Festival, students in the School of Communications’ documentary production program enjoyed films from around the world, observed filmmaker events and panels, and met award-winning documentarians. The students will screen their own works on campus at the elondocs Documentary Showcase on Tuesday, April 24.
