Jen Hamel co-authors peer-reviewed article on animal communication in high impact biology journal

The article shares findings from empirical research on insect communication that was conducted at the Smithsonian Tropical Research Institute at Barro Colorado Island in Panama. The work was done by collaborators from Dartmouth College, Muséum national d'Histoire naturelle, Xuzhou Medical University, Cornell University, and Elon University, and the article appears in the journal Integrative and Comparative Biology.

CATL announces 2023-24 Diversity and Inclusion Grant recipients

The Center for the Advancement of Teaching and Learning is pleased to announce the recipients of the 12th annual Diversity and Inclusion Grants for the 2023-24 academic year. Since 2011, this grant program has supported small faculty teams in developing projects focused on inclusive pedagogies, assignments, content and strategies to foster learning about human diversity.

Elon family carries on tradition of philanthropy by supporting scholarships

Elon Law alumnus Matt Krueger-Andes L’11 and sister Juli Krueger-Andes have made a gift to endow a scholarship to honor their father, David Andes ’65. The David A. Andes and Family Internship Endowment will provide financial assistance to students pursuing these life-changing experiences.
