At the 2011 joint annual meeting of the Business Law, Corporate Counsel and International Law and Practice Sections of the North Carolina Bar Association (NCBA), Elon Law professor Tom Molony delivered the North Carolina Business Law Update. This is the second year in a row that Molony has delivered the Business Law Update, having taken over in 2010 for Wake Forest's Alan Palmiter, who had made the presentation for many years.
