Intensive Italian for Gamers melds immersive gameplay with language learning and metacognition.

On Wednesday, March 20, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., faculty members from the Department of World Languages and Cultures will be available in the Carlton Commons live and via email (languages@elon.edu) to answer student, staff and faculty questions about language majors and minors, area studies programs and global engagement opportunities.

Scheduled on-campus assessments will be offered before and during the first week of classes.  See the schedule and sign up for an appointment.

Language assessments available in French, German, Italian, Latin and Spanish on Wednesday, Jan. 31, from 5 to 7 p.m.  Sign up for an appointment!

New first-year and transfer students and current students can sign up for appointments to take the language assessment in five languages.  See dates and instructions below.

Language assessment exams in French, German, Italian, Latin and Spanish will be offered for NEW STUDENTS ONLY on Sept. 29 and 30 according to the following schedule. In order to guarantee that you have a seat, sign up for an appointment at the following link at least 24 hours before the testing time.  If you just show up, we cannot guarantee you a spot.  These are the final testing times for new students before the Oct. 1 deadline.
