BioBus downtown loop resumes for fall semester

The Downtown/East Burlington Biobus Express Route, an hour long loop from the Moseley Center that takes riders to several Alamance County community agencies within walking distance of its stops, returned to campus Tuesday afternoon for students who need weekday transportation for volunteer work in Burlington.

Periclean Scholars visit India for service learning

Bookstock – A one day, outdoor concert at Glencoe Mill Village

Bands scheduled: Green Army Men, The Josh Lambert Band, Whistlin’ Dixie, and the Haw River Social and Pleasure Club.
Tickets:$15 for adults; $5 for 6-15; ages five and under free. Bring a lawn chair, coolers are welcome – no glass, please. All proceeds from this event will support literacy programs for children in Alamance County, including Reach Out and Read and Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library. For tickets and information:
