Elon Law to host ‘On the Rule of Law’ Symposium

The one-day symposium will address current events in the US and internationally, and bolster support for equal application of the law. The event is a joint effort between Elon University School of Law and the University of North Carolina Greensboro’s Lloyd International Honors College.
N.C. Court of Appeals holds hearings at Elon Law

Elon Law students met with judges on the North Carolina Court of Appeals and watched the court in session. The court heard oral arguments in two cases: one involving statutes around claims of professional malpractice, and another involving an injury sustained during a high school lacrosse game.
