2013 Intramural Moot Court champions announced
October 3, 2013
Hayley Sherman and John Boschini won the final round of the Sixth Annual Elon Law Intramural Moot Court Competition held on September 30. Genna Petre and Bree Shadrick were the first-runner up team. Shadrick was also named “Best Oralist from the Final Round,” and Michael Costolo was named “Best Oralist from the Preliminary Rounds.” The team of Katie Lester and Mark Henkle took “Best Brief” honors.
Open House for Prospective Law Students – Oct. 25

Tom Molony’s scholarship on fraud and securities transactions published in Santa Clara Law Review

In a recently published article, Elon Law Professor Tom Molony identifies ambiguities in federal law and judicial frameworks that have attempted to define when fraudulent activity is connected to securities transactions. Molony’s article also poses solutions to the lack of clarity in this area of law.
