The MBA program of Elon’s Martha and Spencer Love School of Business is ranked as the nation's fifth "best administered" program in The Princeton Review's 2010 edition of the "Best 301 Business Schools."

Professor emeritus David Noer is the featured guest blogger on CNBC.com's "Bullish on Books" blog, where the Sept. 28 entry promotes his latest book, Healing the Wounds: Overcoming the Trauma of Layoffs and Revitalizing Downsized Organizations.

Dave Rendall, former vice president of strategic planning at Nortel and founder of Rendall and Associates, will be the first speaker this fall in the C. Ashton Newhall Lecture Series sponsored by the Doherty Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership.

The 4th annual MBA Tailgate Party & Football Game will be held Saturday, September 26 at Rhodes Stadium. The tailgate starts at 12 pm, with kick-off for the Elon vs. Georgia Southern game at 1:30 pm. BusinessWeek featured Elon's efforts to reach out to students' families as part of its Career Services programs. The magazine says, " ... It's hard to find a school that has more seamlessly capitalized on friends and family networks than Elon University in North Carolina..."

Graduate Admissions will be hosting an open house for the MBA program on Thursday, June 25 at 5:25 pm in the Koury Business Center

Elon University leaders conferred degrees to MBA students in the Martha and Spencer Love School of Business on May 22, 2009, during a Commencement ceremony in Whitley Auditorium attended by faculty, staff, family and friends.
