New Student & Transition Programs

The Elon Bound Virtual Pre-Orientation program is scheduled to go live on Wednesday, May 18, and will walk students through necessary topics such as the core curriculum, registering for classes and what to expect from their Elon experience and how to make sure it is as meaningful as possible.

New international students arrive to campus a few days early for International Student Orientation, a time to build community while learning about life in the United States and at Elon.

The special event is planned for members of the Class of 2024, which due to the pandemic were not able to enjoy the traditional welcome to campus most first-year students receive.

Eighteen members of the Class of 2025 spent close to a week at Elon during July participating in service work in the community and learning more about Elon as they prepare to begin their time at the university.
