Elon PA students named National Health Service Corp Scholars will provide care for at least two years in health provider shortage areas.

Students from the Nursing, Physician Assistant Studies and Physical Therapy programs within the school received their diplomas Friday, Dec. 9, during a commencement ceremony in Alumni Gym.

Students from the Doctor of Physical Therapy, Master of Physician Assistant Studies and Nursing programs shared their research during the annual forum at McKinnon Hall inside Moseley Center on Tuesday.

The White Coat Ceremony celebrated the Elon Master of Physician Assistant Studies Class of 2023, which will now transition to clinical training.

The assistant professor of sport management and six students volunteered at the Great Golf Getaway, a charity event hosted on Oct. 9 by the Elon PA Student Society.

Elon's first-year PA students organized the Great Golf Getaway to benefit local community partner, Open Door Clinic of Alamance County, raising $14,400 to advance access to medical care for the uninsured.

The event was held for the fourth consecutive year in Moseley Center on Aug. 31.

Elon’s Kickbox program is empowering students to pursue big and small ideas, fostering innovation and creativity across campus along the way.
