Sarah Holdren '18' takes a look at her most recent achievements and how they rooted in everything she learned through her work in the Kernodle Center office, since the fall of her freshman year at Elon.

Yasmeen Lee, senior public health major, and mentor Dr. Stephanie Baker, Assistant Professor of Public Health Studies, present research at the American Public Health Association’s Annual Meeting and Expo held Nov. 2-6 in Philadelphia.

The recent Elon graduate’s Lumen and Fulbright research was accepted for publication in the BMC Pregnancy and Childbirth journal.

Stephanie Baker, assistant professor of public health studies, co-authored a chapter in a recently released book published by the American Public Health Associaton about racism and public health. 

The recent Elon graduate’s research on Village Health Teams was published in BMC Health Services Research.

With co-authors from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Carroll offers practical advice for public health and law enforcment professionals trying to work together.

The article by Jamie Albright '13, Oliva Varney '13, and Watts-Thompson Professor Cynthia Fair focused on provider perspectives of the sexual and reproductive health needs of adolescents with HIV. 

Bloxom, who majored in biology and public health studies, will pursue a master’s degree in global health at National Taiwan University.

Elon against leads the conference in the number of students selected for the award which honors leadership, integrity, teamwork and sportsmanship on and off the field.
