Division of Student Life members were honored at their annual celebration for leadership, contributions and successes on May 3.

The Truitt Center welcomed a record number of students and community members to the celebration.

More than 20 Elon students and one faculty member were honored during the annual leadership award ceremony.

Through a two-year fellows program, the six students in this multidisciplinary cohort will undertake mentored undergraduate research projects, enroll in specialized coursework and engage in community-based learning with diverse religious communities.

The event, which drew 150 people, included food, giveaways and performances.

The plan will broaden and deepen the university’s commitment to multifaith understanding and to preparing Elon graduates to navigate a complex and diverse world.
