Writing Center

Reconfigured floor layouts to accommodate the Center for Writing Excellence and a Starbucks coffee machine are among the features that librarians hope will make the building even more attractive for studying and research.

Elon University students, faculty and staff visited the center on the first floor of Belk Library to learn more about support and services available to the campus community.

A reception from 4:30-6 p.m. will showcase services and opportunities for students, faculty and staff to improve writing as part of the university's Writing Excellence Initiative. Ice cream and fruit will be served.

For the Thanksgiving Break, The Writing Center will close on Tuesday Nov. 26 at 3pm and REMAIN CLOSED until the University reopens, Monday Dec. 2.
