I’m a rising junior looking for a male student to take over one room in my apartment for the fall 2025 semester.
The apartment is a two-bedroom in Phoenix Villas. You would have your own bedroom and there is a shared bathroom, kitchen, living room and laundry. It is a 5 min walk to campus, very close to McEwen and town. Rent is $700/month.
