ISO two female roommates

I’m a junior at Elon University living in my own place. I’m looking for two female room-mates.

There’s two single rooms available in this newly-furnished beautiful house, within walking distance of Elon University.

$900-950. Furnished bedrooms: queen size bed, bed-side table with charging station, desk and large built-in double wardrobes.

All bills included: gas, water, electricity, Wi-Fi and weekly garden maintenance so you don’t have any extras to worry about, other than come home after a busy day in class and just chill out:

* Breakfast room in fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs.
* Living room equipped with large TV and sound system.
* Dining room.
* Laundry facilities.
* Relaxing deck overlooking large back garden, with gazebo available, for shade.
* Bonus game/common room.
* Plenty of storage throughout the house.
* Large driveway and garage for plenty of safe parking.

As this is my own place, I am looking for responsible roommates, who are respectful and considerate of others.
