I’m currently looking for a roommate to live with me and another grad student at The Phoenix Apartments (formerly Campus Trace). It’s a first-floor apartment located just one mile from campus. The bedrooms are furnished with a bed, dresser and desk. Rent is $695/month and includes all utilities, free Wi-Fi and cable and a $10 trash service.
