Looking for lease takeover in a Provence Townhouse for fall 2025

Need to lease take over for a room in Provence C next semester (fall 2025). You will have your own bathroom and can have first choice on room. It’s super nice with a very spacious living room/kitchen. It will be myself and two other guys on the Elon golf team living there, all easy-going people.
