We have an apartment available off-campus at Old Trollinger (Adress: 323 W Trollinger Ave, Elon, NC) which is walking distance from Elon University. You would have your own private bathroom and a single bedroom. Measurements are available below. It includes a washer/dryer unit, full kitchen, fully furnished living room and kitchen, a patio and free parking. Our third roommate is graduating in May, so we are looking for someone to move in around June/July 2025. My roommate and I are both female and studious.
