The Inclusive Teaching website has an excellent overview of resources for faculty members about inclusive classrooms.  The strategies suggested for inclusive teaching help all students.  When students feel marginalized, it can have a negative impact on their learning.  This site can be a great source for anyone to learn more ways to make the environment for our students better.
