The Office of Inclusive Excellence Education and Development offers a year-long, scaffolded program enabling faculty and staff to deepen intercultural learning and development to nurture critical consciousness in their current work within a cohort setting. Participants will complete the IDI©, create a development plan with targeted goals, engage in development sessions and experiential learning activities to advance their intercultural learning and competencies. Participation will culminate in a project directly related to participants function on campus, Unit 1 goals, or performance appraisal goals. Upon completing all Institute requirements, graduates will receive an IDEA Institute Completion Certificate.
